Delete Mobile Account
This page explains how to delete your BTR mobile account and request deletion of associated app data, even if you no longer have the BTR app installed.

This page applies to the BTR / BeatsToRapOn mobile app for iOS and Android. It explains how users can request deletion of their BTR mobile account and associated personal data from inside the app or from the web. This is the official account-deletion page referenced from the BTR listings on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and it is reachable without downloading the app and without signing in.

Use this public page to request deletion if you cannot access the app or have already removed it.
Data deletion
We delete or de-identify account data subject to valid retention exceptions.
How to delete your BTR mobile account in the app
- Open the BTR mobile app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the deletion notice.
- Confirm that you want to request deletion of your BTR mobile account and associated app data.
- Follow any verification steps shown in the app.
If you cannot sign in, no longer have the app installed, cannot access the in-app deletion flow, or need help identifying your account, you can request deletion from this page by emailing us at info@beatstorapon.com.
How to request deletion from the web
To request account deletion from the web, email us from the email address connected to your BTR account where possible. Use the button above or send your request to: info@beatstorapon.com.
Please include:
- your BTR username or display name;
- the email address connected to your BTR account;
- your sign-in method, such as email, Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or artist login;
- whether you want to delete your entire BTR mobile account or only specific app data; and
- any details that help us identify the correct account.
Do not send your password, full payment details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information by email. We may ask for additional verification before completing the request so that we do not delete the wrong account.
What happens when your account is deleted
When your deletion request is verified, BTR will take steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with your BTR mobile account from active systems, subject to the retention exceptions listed on this page and in our Privacy Policy.
Account deletion may include deletion or de-identification of:
- mobile account profile details;
- email, login, authentication, and account records where deletion is technically and legally available;
- anonymous mobile identifier data linked to your account where applicable;
- mobile preferences, app settings, listening visibility settings, and notification preferences;
- push notification tokens linked to your account or device;
- friends, crews, follows, blocks, and social visibility records where no retention exception applies;
- direct messages, voice notes, and app-generated social content where technically and legally available;
- uploaded mobile user content where no retention exception applies;
- search, play, like, save, scout, share, screen-view, recommendation, event, and usage records that remain identifiable to your account; and
- other personal data associated with your BTR mobile account where deletion is required and available.
Data we may need to retain
Some data may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted for legal, safety, child-safety, payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute, app-store, security, rights-management, or operational reasons.

Retained records are limited to the purpose for which they are kept. We do not use retained deletion-exception records to rebuild your deleted account.
Specific data deletion without deleting your full account
You may request deletion of specific BTR mobile app data without deleting your entire account. For example, you may ask us to delete certain messages, uploaded content, profile information, location-related records, notification tokens, or other personal data where deletion is available.
We may decline or limit a specific deletion request where we need to keep the data for legal, security, payment, fraud, moderation, safety, tax, accounting, dispute, rights-management, app-store, or operational reasons.
Anonymous mobile users
The BTR mobile app may create an anonymous mobile identifier before you create a full account. If you later sign up, that anonymous activity may become linked to your account.
If you used the app anonymously and want us to delete associated anonymous app data, contact us at info@beatstorapon.com and provide any available information that may help identify the relevant record, such as username, device platform, approximate first-use date, approximate location if relevant, or any account later linked to the same app session.
If we cannot reasonably identify the anonymous record from the information provided, we may ask for more detail or explain that the record cannot be confidently matched.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Deleting your BTR account does not automatically cancel any active subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel active subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
- For iOS subscriptions, manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- For Android subscriptions, manage subscriptions through your Google Play subscription settings.
- Deleting your BTR account may remove your ability to use app features, but Apple or Google may still manage billing until you cancel the subscription through the relevant store.
- Refunds, billing disputes, renewal settings, and subscription cancellation may be handled by Apple or Google under their own app-store rules.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge account-deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days where technically and legally possible. Some requests may take longer where verification is incomplete, where the request is complex, where records are held in backups, or where we must retain records for legal, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, dispute, app-store, or rights-management reasons.
If applicable law gives you a specific privacy-request response period, we will respond within the period required by that law.
How we verify deletion requests
To protect users, we may verify that the person requesting deletion controls or is authorised to act for the relevant BTR mobile account. Verification may include checking the account email, username, sign-in method, app account records, support history, or other account relationship details.
We will not ask you to send your password. Do not send full payment details, identity documents, or sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate process.
