This is a standard safety measure to protect everyone. This 14-day period allows for financial processing, dispute resolution, and fraud/chargeback protection. Once this period passes, your funds are marked as "Cleared" and are available for instant withdrawal. This system builds trust and ensures the long-term health of the marketplace for both buyers and sellers.

A buyer can only cancel for free *before* they submit their requirements (e.g., their song link, art, etc.). Once they submit requirements, the order is officially active and the clock starts. After this point, a buyer cannot cancel without your mutual agreement through our Resolution Hub. This protects you from doing work and not getting paid.

We provide a Resolution Center on every order page for handling revisions and mutual cancellations. If you and the buyer can't agree, our Support team will step in to review the order, check your proof of delivery, and make a fair decision. We are here to support our sellers and will not let them be taken advantage of.

After you deliver, the buyer has 3 days to accept the delivery or request revisions. Seller Protection: If the buyer takes no action after 3 days, the order will auto-complete, marking it as finished and starting the 14-day payment clearing period. You always get paid for completed work.

Communication is key. If an order is more than 24 hours late without a delivery, the buyer has the option to cancel. We strongly recommend communicating with your buyer and using the "Extend Delivery Time" feature on the order page if you think you'll be late. Buyers are almost always understanding if you keep them updated.

We only allow real, organic promotion. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bots, fake plays, or guaranteed placements that use fraudulent methods. Selling playlist promotion is only allowed as a *curator outreach and pitching* service. We actively monitor the marketplace and remove sellers who violate this rule to protect the artists and the reputation of all our legitimate sellers.
