About This Event
We Heart RnB Philly (Spooky Szn Edition) takes place Saturday, October 17, 2026, at NOTO Philadelphia, 1209 Vine Street in Philadelphia. The 21+ R&B event runs from 10 PM to 2 AM and features DJ Cel and DJ Flakka.
The music selection includes old-school and new R&B, crowd pleasers, deep cuts, sing-alongs, ’90s classics, 2000s throwbacks, dancefloor tracks, slow jams, and current R&B hits.
Costumes are highly recommended but not required for this Halloween edition. A professional videographer and photographer will be on site.
