Twisted & Amplified: SickRichard + London Beat Club takes place on Friday, 9 October at Temple of Art & Music (TAM), 42 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6DR. Live music begins at 8pm, followed by karaoke from 10pm. Entry is free.
SickRichard is a London-based alt-rock and post-punk trio. Their music incorporates hazy synths, moody grooves and explosive hooks, with elements of post-punk, hard rock, indie, electronica and psychedelia. The band released its debut album, Must Be Something Missing, alongside the single In The Dark.
London Beat Club is a seven-piece London band whose sound mixes rock, soul, rap and disco. The bill pairs the two bands’ distinct styles before the karaoke session begins.
