Richio Suzuki has been active on the club, weekender, festival, and party scene worldwide for nearly 40 years. His DJ work spans vinyl sets built around 1950s and 1960s rock ’n’ roll, vintage R&B, soul, funk, jazz, disco, reggae, ska, old skool hip hop, classic house, cool 80s pop, eclectic selections, and balearic grooves, depending on the venue or event.
He has hosted events including Hawaiian Bop, Mellow Mellow right on, Version Excursion, Music is my sanctuary, and Diggin’. Richio also presents a monthly show on Totally Wired Radio, run by Eddie Piller from the Acid Jazz label, and has played at venues and events in London, Margate, Japan, Thailand, Bahrain, Ibiza, France, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, and other European cities.
