About This Event
The529 Summer Party (AUG 2026) takes place on Thursday, 27 August 2026 from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM at The Cocktail Club in Canary Wharf, 9 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QS. The event is presented by Onthegrounduk and is set at a brand new venue in Canary Wharf.
The evening features Afrobeats, R&B, Hip-Hop and Bashment from a resident DJ, along with multiple DJs and a host. Live entertainment is also planned, with saxophonists, mobile drummers and more, plus an interactive selfie pod for photos.
Food and drinks are available during the event. Happy hour runs from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and includes 2 for 1 cocktails, including the signature WFH Rum Punch and a tequila-based drink called The 529. Jollof and suya will be available for purchase throughout the event.
- Dress code: Come as you are; work attire is welcome. No tracksuits.
- Age restriction: Over 23s only
- Entry: No ID, no entry
- Doors close: 10:30 PM
- Cloak room: Available for the duration of the event
Parking is very restricted. The nearest car park is Canada Square Car Park / Waitrose Canary Wharf, and public transport is recommended. The closest stations are on the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line and DLR.
