The Sea House Music Venue’s Sundown Sessions continue in May with an electronic triple bill on the Sea House stage. The lineup features Brass & Blaise, Brapscallion and Aoire, each bringing a different approach to electronic music.
Brass & Blaise are a Cumbria-based trip hop duo formed after a chance meeting in May 2024, when Dom asked Lou to add vocals to a couple of his tracks. Their music blends trip hop beats with soulful jazz. Brapscallion is Preston-based multi-instrumentalist producer James Hodgson, whose sound combines dusty hip-hop, jazz-hop and lo-fi house. Aoire is the solo project of experimental musician and sound artist Shaun Blezard, using cassette tapes, live sampling and effects pedals to create music in real time.
