About This Event
Submotion Vol.1 takes place on Saturday, September 26 at The Button Factory in Auckland, located at 2 Abbey Street, Auckland 1010. The event starts at 6:00 PM and is 18+.
The night is set across multiple zones at The Button Factory and Old Folks, with music from local crews, producers, DJs, and hosted performances. The program includes visuals, art installations, interactive light art, and live visual work from Creature Post.
Three areas are listed for the event: Button Down, Button Up, and Auckland OFA. The Button Down zone features Dylan C, Zuke, SorchaLula, Geo Seato, and L EZ. Button Up includes Brown Sugar, Axis + Ellen, Merchie, G-Banga, Deebee, and Dai x LMF. Auckland OFA features Paddy Free, Burning Soundz, Dubs Botanical, and Jafa Sound System, hosted by Dub Club MCs.
The event is linked with Tāmaki Dub Club’s anniversary and is presented by Aurora Creative and The Button Factory. Early birds are sold out, and first release tickets are currently on sale from $40.51 NZD.
