About This Event
STRINGS features Emanuel Salvador on violin and Floraleda Sacchi on harp at Villa Carlotta in Tremezzina, Lombardia, on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 6:30 PM. The concert is presented in collaboration with Ente Villa Carlotta and takes place at 2 Via Regina, 22016 Tremezzina, Italy.
The program includes J.S. Bach’s Ciaccona from Partita No. 2 in D minor for solo violin, BWV 1004; C. Saint-Saëns’ Fantaisie, op. 124 for violin and harp; M. Richter’s Embers, Mercy; and A. Piazzolla’s Tango-Etude for solo violin, along with Ave Maria/Tanti anni prima, Escualo, and Oblivion.
Admission includes the visit of Villa Carlotta. The gardens and museum can be accessed from 4:00 PM, and the festival box office at Villa Carlotta opens at 4:00 PM. The venue states that access is guaranteed for people with disabilities, and free admission is available for people with disabilities and one accompanying person.
Emanuel Salvador has performed as a soloist, chamber musician, and concertmaster on four continents. Floraleda Sacchi has recorded more than 30 albums and has performed internationally as a soloist, including at Carnegie Hall-Weill Recital Hall, the Gewandhaus, the Konzerthaus, and the Auditorio Nacional.
