Streeton Trio: Women Who Dared is presented at All Saints' Cathedral, 3 Church Street, Bathurst, NSW 2795, on Sunday 19 July 2026 at 3:00 pm.
The program features piano trios by Fanny Mendelssohn, Kelly-Marie Murphy, Elena Kats-Chernin and Clara Schumann. Works include Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio in D minor, Op. 11 (1846–1847), Murphy’s Give Me Phoenix Wings to Fly (1997), Kats-Chernin’s Spirit and the Maiden (2004), and Schumann’s Piano Trio in G minor, Op. 17 (1846).
Tickets are $49 for adults, $45 for concession, and $10 for music students, with student tickets kindly subsidised by generous donors. The performance is presented in association with Musica Viva Australia.
