Starcontrol is a band with a sound described as a blend of new wave, post-punk, and 1980s influences. The lineup includes Davide Di Sciascio on vocals, Laura Casiraghi on bass, and Moreno Zorzetto on guitar, synth, and programming.
The band has shared bills with Chameleons, Kælan Mikla, Zola Jesus, The Naked and Famous, Lust for Youth, Ash Code, Soviet Soviet, Tying Tiffany, Rosa Crvx, Winter Severity Index, M!R!M, and Varsovie. Their releases include a self-titled seven-track EP from 2011, The Ages of Dreams from 2012, and the full-length Fragments from 2018. They are currently working on a new album.
