The awardees listed include Bone Crusher, Kris Kross, D4L, Dem Franchize Boyz, Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz, Tag Team, TLC, Xscape, Da Brat, Kilo Ali, MC Shy-D, Raheem the Dream, DJ Smurf (Mr. Collipark), Tony Mercedes, OutKast, The Southern Playas, Goodie Mob, Jermaine Dupri, Lil Jon, Yang Yang Twins, Baby D, Sammy Sam (Hitman Sammy Sam), Playa Poncho, Ghetto Mafia, Silk, Killer Mike, DJ Kizzy Rock, DJ Taz, Momma Dee, 1.5 Posey, 2 Live Crew, Usher, Chris Tucker, Pastor Troy, 112, Mo Jo, Daron Fears, Joyce Littel, Mike Robert, DJ Swift, DJ Big X, DJ Jelly, and Bone Krusher. Not every artist listed will be present.
