About This Event
Surely Dan performs at Temperance in Leamington Spa on Saturday 26 September 2026 at 2:00 pm. The recently formed band is dedicated to the music of Steely Dan and includes a line-up of experienced musicians.
The set features a selection of classic Steely Dan songs, including Kid Charlemagne, Peg, Don’t Take Me Alive, Josie, Dirty Work, and Night by Night. It also includes fan favourites such as Brooklyn (Owes the Charmer Under Me), Doctor Wu, Bad Sneakers, and East St. Louis Toodle-Oo.
Alongside Steely Dan material, the performance also includes several songs from Donald Fagen’s album The Nightfly. The group has also worked with members of the Steely Dan live and recording lineup from the last two decades.
