Pull Up! Dancehall returns to Vintage Space at the Flamingo Resort on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 9:00 PM. The recurring party is held every third Friday of the month and features reggae, dancehall, sound system culture, and bass-heavy selections.
For this edition, resident selector DJ Chalice is joined by Bay Area veteran Jah Yzer and Epicenter Sound. The music is scheduled to run for five hours, with roots reggae, classic dancehall, modern Caribbean rhythms, remixes, and deep cuts.
Jah Yzer is a longtime Bay Area DJ and producer with decades of involvement in Northern California reggae. DJ Chalice’s background includes the New York and New Jersey reggae scenes, time spent performing in Asheville, North Carolina, and more than 16 years behind the decks in the North Bay.
