Pretty Girls Love RnB @ 12 Stories takes place on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 8:30 PM at 12 Stories, located at 75 District Square Southwest, #12th floor, Washington, DC 20024. The event is organized by DSPRA SNDS and is open to guests 21 and over.
This R&B party is set at 12 Stories Rooftop overlooking the water. The evening begins with a happy hour and live band set featuring House Band on drums and guitar, along with CJ Saylor on saxophone. From 10:30 PM until close, DJs Whole Tee and Hage play music from different eras of R&B, ranging from classics to more contemporary sounds.
Additional details include a welcome gift, roses, and a special surprise for ladies. The event also notes a Dress Code of First-Date Vibe and Elegant. Ticket sales are final and non-refundable, and photos and videos may be taken throughout the night for promotional use.
