Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, from 1 to 7 pm EDT at the vibrant 1326 Pottstown Pike in Glenmoore, PA. This is your chance to be part of an unforgettable island-inspired celebration featuring reggae, soca, Afro beats, and more!
Whether you're a food vendor, food truck, or specialty drink provider, we invite you to showcase your offerings in this lively outdoor event. Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis — so act quickly!
- Standard food vendor spaces: 10x15
- Other vendor spaces: 10x10
Vendors must bring their own tables, tents, chairs, and lien. Please note, no beverage sales (including THC, CBD, or infused products) are permitted, and Italian water ice, smoothies, or ice cream vendors are not allowed. Vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher on hand. All staff must be 21 or older.
Enjoy the event rain or shine, with vendor details, load-in, and load-out information provided in your vendor packet one week before the event. The entry fee is 642.09 USD.
