PANDAjazz: Jan Lukas Roßmüller Trio – JLR3 takes place at PANDA platforma in Berlin on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 8:30 PM. The venue is located at Knaackstraße 97, in the small courtyard of the Kulturbrauerei.
The trio features Jan Lukas Roßmüller on piano and composition, Florian Herzog on double bass, and Jakob Görris on drums. The project works with composition and improvisation, with motivic development as a central thread.
Starting from Roßmüller’s pieces, JLR3 moves between fragile openness and rhythmic density. The trio combines jazz improvisation with influences from modern European musical traditions, ranging from reinterpreted swing to layered rhythms. The performance is presented by PANDA platforma e.V.
