About This Event
On The Rye Festival takes place at Peckham Rye Park & Common, 34 Straker's Road, London, SE15 3UA, on Monday, 25 May 2026 from 1:00 PM. The festival is created from within the community and is returning for its second year.
The programme includes live performances from Carroll Thompson and Buena Vista Live, presenting a revue of Buena Vista Social Club. There will also be dance performances from The Movement Factory, and the Reggae Choir will perform on stage. G Smallz & 2Ton return, alongside DJ sets from Marcia Carr, the Handson Family, and DJ Donut.
A new stage, The Settlement, will feature all-day roots and reggae from Rebel Clash & Friends. For younger visitors, BORN N BREAD presents Toasty Tots with bouncy castles, bubble machines, inflatables, and the Mini Laserdrome. Prince of Peckham’s Mini Royals will take over the Bouncing Ball with DJs, activities, and a karaoke competition. The festival also includes street food, cocktails and juices, arts and crafts, face painting, steel drums, and a community market with local traders.
