About This Event
No Diggity: Improv Inspired by Old School Hip Hop and R&B was created in 2018 by Tia Kemp, an artist, teacher, and improviser. The show features comedians creating improvised scenes from music videos selected by the audience, with trivia winners helping decide between two video choices that set the theme for each improv set.
Past audience selections have included videos by Biz Markie, Run DMC, Salt N Pepa, Missy Elliott, and DMX. The event takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 8:00 PM at Sawubona Creativity Project, 1626 Passyunk Ave #1, Philadelphia, PA 19148.
This is an over 18+ improv show and BYOB is allowed. Sawubona Creativity Project is a fiscally sponsored community theatre.
