About This Event
New Music New Year Concert & Open Mic (Rescheduled) takes place on Saturday, May 2 at 6:30 PM Eastern Time at 25 Sweetbriar Rd in Greenville, South Carolina.
The evening features new raps, songs, and spoken word, with the program opening with a handful of local open mic acts before moving into a few main acts. Those interested in performing may email intentionalink@gmail.com to sign up for the open mic. Performers may share one song, rap, or poem up to 5 minutes long, and lyrics must be submitted before the performance. All work must be original and completely clean, with no bad language, glorification of violence, sexual innuendos, or religious slander. The event will be recorded unless artists specifically request otherwise, and recordings may be used in a recap video and on Intentional Ink’s Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
