About This Event
Music Nairn - Chloe Piano Trio takes place at Nairn Community & Arts Centre on King Street, Nairn, IV12 4BQ, on Saturday 3 October 2026 at 7:30 pm. The event is organised by Nairn Community & Arts Centre.
The Chloé Piano Trio features Maria Gilicel on violin, Jobine Siekman on cello, and George Todica on piano. Formed in 2017, the trio brings together emerging musicians from Romania and the Netherlands who met at the Royal College of Music.
The ensemble are Tunnell Trust Award Winners 2024/25 and were previously Kircham Trust Young Artists. They also won the Royal Philharmonic Society Henderson Chamber Music Prize in 2021 and performed in Wigmore Hall in 2023 as finalists in the Parkhouse Award competition.
The trio’s repertoire ranges from Baroque music to newly commissioned works, with a particular interest in the works of women composers. In 2026, they are due to perform Beethoven’s Triple Concerto in the Netherlands, take two concert tours of Scotland, and release their first CD.
