About This Event
More Town Soul takes place on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 8:00 PM at Freilichtbühne an der Zitadelle in Berlin, Am Juliusturm 62, 13599 Berlin. The event is presented in Berlin by Kulturhaus Spandau.
The ten-piece Berlin soul band is dedicated to the soul and funk of the 1960s and 1970s. Their show features four-part vocals and brass arrangements and pays tribute to music from that era.
The set includes songs by Motown artists such as The Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, and The Commodores, as well as classics like Soulman by Sam & Dave, Proud Mary by Tina Turner, I Got You (I Feel Good) by James Brown, Think by Aretha Franklin, and Hard To Handle by Otis Redding. More Town Soul also includes songs by Bruno Mars, Joss Stone, and Amy Winehouse. Remaining tickets may still be available at the box office. Discounted admission is available for school students, university students, recipients of substitute benefits, Berlin Pass holders, and people with severe disabilities from GdB 50; if the disability card shows a “B” mark, one accompanying person is admitted free. Proof must be shown on entry.
