Mica Paris has released a number of worldwide hit albums and singles, including Black Angel, Stay and Carefree. She has also worked with artists including Prince and Jools Holland, and has been regarded as one of the UK’s most respected female singers, known for the range, power and soulfulness of her voice.
Her most recent album, Gospel, was released to critical acclaim and reached number 1 in the UK R&B Album charts. The album includes the original song The Struggle, which tells the story of Mica’s meeting with Gladys Knight, along with versions of Rag ‘N’ Bone Man’s Human, John Newton’s hymn Amazing Grace, Foreigner’s I Want To Know What Love Is and U2’s I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For.
Mica Paris appears at 21 Parkfield St, 21 Parkfield Street, London, N1 0PS, London, England on 7 August 2026 at 6:30 PM. She was awarded an MBE in the 2020 Birthday Honours for services to music, entertainment and charity.
