Kolja Blacher is scheduled for Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Parish of Santi Vitale and Companions, Martyrs in Fovea, in Roma, at Via Nazionale 194 b.
This concert marks the closing event of the 2025–2026 concert season of Fondazione SINCRONÌA Musica Arte Bellezza. Kolja Blacher will conduct the Yes! Orchestra, founded by Barbara Agostinelli and Alessio Allegrini and made up of teachers from the Sincronia courses, young talents selected for merit and personal qualities, and guest artists.
The program includes music by Antonio Vivaldi and Joseph Haydn. Paride Losacco will perform Vivaldi’s La Tempesta di Mare, and the Sincronìa orchestra will perform Haydn’s Le ultime sette parole di Cristo in a version for strings. Admission is free. The event was made possible with the support of BIOS Benefit.
Kolja Blacher is a violinist and conductor with appearances as soloist with the Berliner Philharmoniker, Gewandhaus Leipzig, and the Orchestra dell’Accademia di Santa Cecilia. He has also worked with conductors including Kirill Petrenko and Mariss Jansons and teaches at the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” in Berlin. Paride Losacco, born in Bari in 2005, studies with Blacher in Berlin and has won several national and international awards, including the 2023 Premio delle Arti di Violino and third prize at the 2024 Wieniawski-Lipinski International Competition in Lublin.
