About This Event
Kirklees Guitar School Podcast Live - 1980's Decade Discovery Part 2! takes place on Saturday 6 June 2026 at 7:00 PM at Denby Dale Pie Hall, 297 Wakefield Road, #Hall, Denby Dale, HD8 8RX. Kirklees Guitar School presents a live edition of its podcast, with James and George exploring guitar riffs from the 1980s in the second instalment of their Decade Discovery series.
The event includes live playing as James and George bring 80s-inspired riffs to life and break down the riffs, tones, and playing styles that defined the era. They also explain what to listen for and how the ideas can be used in your own playing. A second half of the event is dedicated to audience questions, with direct answers and advice from the room.
Every ticket includes entry into a prize draw on the night, with the chance to win one of two guitars featured in the show’s Cheap Guitar Challenge.
