Kash’d Out is a Florida-based reggae/rock band formed by Greg Shields and Jackson Hauserman after they met during a studio session. The lineup later expanded with Joey Brohawn on bass, Marshall Hearne on drums, and A-Mac on keys. The band is known for cleverlyrics, tasteful guitar riffs, and infectious grooves.
The group’s breakout led to a release through LAW Records after Pepper signed them to the label. Their debut full-length album, The Hookup, arrived after touring with Pepper and Less Than Jake and helped launch the band onto the Billboard Reggae Charts. Kash’d Out has also supported Collie Buddz, The Expendables, and Iration, while headlining multiple national tours.
Their most recent album, Butter, was released on LAW Records and showed further musical growth and experimentation. The band is now signed to Ineffable Records and has also released the single “Mushroom Tea” featuring Little Stranger. A new full-length album is due out in 2026.
