Julie July first came to prominence performing songs from Sandy Denny’s catalogue, and the band’s sound continues to reflect that influence through poetic lyrics, emotional resonance and melodic songwriting.
In 2026, Julie July will release her fourth original album, featuring songs that move beyond tribute material and draw on 70s folk-rock while bringing in contemporary themes and modern songwriting. The band will perform live as a full six-piece lineup.
