Joey and The Lips - Pure Soul Energy That'll Keep You Dancing All Night!

Joey and The Lips make their debut at Old Bakery Studios in Truro on Friday 19 June 2026 at 7:00 PM. The 10-piece band is known for high-energy live performances, featuring vocal harmonies and a horn section.

The set is expected to include soul, funk, blues and Motown songs, with material spanning artists such as James Brown, Raye, Beyoncé, MJ and Chaka Khan. Joey The Lips have performed across the UK and Europe in a wide range of venues, including festival headline shows for audiences of 10,000 or more.

They have also appeared as a resident band on the Ruth Langsford chat show and supported artists including Bob Geldof & The Boomtown Rats, Razorlight, Sam Ryder, Toploader, Stereo M/C's, UB40, Gabrielle, The Hoosiers, Will Young, Bananarama, Toyah, Boney M, Scouting For Girls, Heaven 17 and The Real Thing.

Old Bakery Studios is located on Malpas Road, Truro, TR1 1QH, England. Under-16s must attend with a guardian.
