About This Event
Ivory Jarrett presents an intimate evening at Kalyx Lounge Bar & Club in Randwick on Friday, 31 July 2026. The event features original music shaped by Afro-Latin rhythm, soul-jazz, R&B and groove, with a set that moves between slow-burn grooves, rhythmic passages, soulful blues and layered harmony.
The performance includes subtle influences from artists such as Sade, Maysa, Incognito, Michael Franks and Simply Red. Ivory Jarrett’s vocals sit at the centre of the project, alongside Sydney musicians contributing hypnotic percussion, warm basslines and original songwriting.
This soft launch marks the first public unveiling of a new body of original music at 123 Avoca Street, Randwick NSW 2031. Doors open at 7:00pm, with the band playing from 8:00pm to 10:00pm. Limited capacity applies, and early booking is recommended.
