InspiredWordNYC presents Rapper/Poet Justin Graves at Brooklyn Music Kitchen on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 5:30 PM. The event takes place at 177 Vanderbilt Avenue in Brooklyn, NY 11205.
Justin Graves is a Brooklyn-born writer, poet, and emcee. He previously made his Off-Broadway debut reading Poetic Meditations, and he is now performing its evolution into a Rap EP at Brooklyn Music Kitchen. The EP combines autobiographical pieces from the book and tells the story of his upbringing in Brooklyn and how he overcame depression with lessons meant to improve quality of life.
The cover is $15 and includes 10% off food and drink tickets. All ages are welcome. If you cannot attend in person, a donation option is available to support the event. Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event. Subway access is via the G train to Clinton-Washington Avenue.
