House Party Rewind: “The B-Side” takes place Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at STFU Navy Yard, 1299 1st Street Southeast, Unit 102, Washington, DC 20003. This 40+ old-school hip-hop and R&B party features music from the 1980s and 1990s, including New Jack Swing, B-sides, remixes, album cuts, slow jams, and dance-floor records.
DJ E-Square will be on the decks with scratching, cutting, mixing, blending, and turntablism. The music selection includes familiar records alongside less-played tracks and remixes from the era.
- Tickets include one complimentary drink for arrivals between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, while supplies last.
- An 80s/90s Best Dressed Competition will be held; era-inspired attire is encouraged but not required.
- A soul food truck will be outside with food available for purchase during the event.
- Parking garages are available in the surrounding Navy Yard area. Rideshare is encouraged for attendees who plan to drink.
