About This Event
Horace Andy performs at Boisdale of Canary Wharf in London on Friday, 19 June 2026, with live music starting at 9pm and table reservations from 6pm. He appears with the Dub Asante Band featuring Matic Horns for a set that includes classic songs and later work.
Horace Andy, known as “Sleepy,” has been recording since the late 1960s and is recognised for roots reggae recordings that began at Studio One. His early releases include “Skylarking,” “Every Tongue Shall Tell,” and “Mr. Bassie.” He also worked with Massive Attack and is the only artist to appear on all five of their albums.
The performance follows the release of Midnight Rocker in 2022, produced by Adrian Sherwood for On-U Sound, and Midnight Scorchers later that year. In 2024, he released Timeless Roots with Jah Wobble. The venue is at 15 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QT.
