About This Event
Hidden Beach Festival (8th August Only) takes place on Saturday 8 August 2026 at The Oval, Bohemia Road, Hastings, TN34 1EU. The event runs from 12:00pm to 10:00pm and is part of Hidden Beach’s 2026 programme in Hastings.
Hidden Beach Festival returns to The Oval for a full day of live music, DJs, creative activity, food and shared summer programming by the sea. The day includes live bands and vocalists across salsa, Latin, Cuban, Afrobeat, reggae, soul, jazz and more, along with a programme of DJs from afternoon into evening.
The festival also includes independent food traders, a festival bar, and creative workshops and activities for children, families and adults. Planned activities include dance, drumming, arts and crafts, movement and storytelling, along with chill-out zones, shaded areas, culture corners and relaxed social spaces.
This event forms part of the Hidden Beach Summer of Culture, a month-long programme running from 31 July to 31 August 2026 across Hastings and St Leonards.
