Herbst in Peking were founded in 1987 and are known for blending sixties psychedelic and punk energy with an electronic foundation and dub sounds. Their music has been described as combining rock, electronic, doom, and shanty, with Rex Joswig’s distinctive voice at the center. The band is presenting the current H.I.P. albums Faust Am Meer and Mond Rauch & Marijuana, released on Moloko+/Peking Records.
The evening begins with a dub intro featuring TJ White Rabbit, followed by Herbst in Peking at 8:00 pm. PANDA platforma e.V. is the organizer.
