It has also received BBC Radio 6 airplay after Craig Charles spotted the band at Moseley Jazz Festival.
Heavy Beat Brass Band is an 8-piece contemporary New Orleans brass band based in the UK. The group has appeared at Shambala, Boomtown, Download Festival, Rudolstadt Festival in Germany, and Northside Festival in Denmark. The band’s set blends New Orleans brass band repertoire with heavyweight arrangements and improvisation.
