Greg & The Frigidaires Live @ Città dell'Altra Economia takes place on Thursday 18 June at Città dell'Altra Economia in Roma, Lazio, at Largo Dino Frisullo snc. Admission is free.
The live show by GREG & The Frigidaires was rescheduled from Friday to Thursday 18 June. Doors open at 7:00 PM, with the concert starting at 9:30 PM. A DJ set follows after the performance.
Formed in 2012 by Claudio “Greg” Gregori and Luca Majnardi, the band performs Doo-Wop, a branch of Rock’n’Roll that developed in the late 1950s among Italian-American and African-American communities. Their set includes original Italian songs and covers of classic songs rearranged in their style.
The lineup includes Claudio Gregori on vocals, guitar, and nacchere; Alex Meozzi on vocals and guitars; Luca Majnardi on vocals and tambourine; Olimpio Riccardi on tenor saxophone and vocals; Giulio Scarpato on electric bass; and Giovanni Campanella on drums, legnetti, and vocals.
