Black Uhuru returns to Portland, Maine for a live performance at Bayside Bowl on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 8:00 PM. The reggae group will be joined by Zeme Libre, and the event is all ages.
Black Uhuru is a Jamaican reggae band with more than 50 years of history. The group won reggae’s first Grammy Award in 1984 for the album Anthem. Their catalog includes albums such as Love Crises, Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, Sensimelia, Chill Out, Red, Unification, Dynasty, As the World Turns, and New Day.
The show takes place at Bayside Bowl, 58 Alder Street, Portland, ME 04101.
