About This Event
FUNK & DISCO SHOWCASE takes place at Tom Mann Theatre - AMPA Music Campus in Surry Hills on Friday, 24 April 2026, with two showtimes: 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Presented by the Academy of Music and Performing Arts, this showcase features the school’s contemporary music majors performing songs from Blondie, Earth, Wind & Fire, Chaka Khan, and more. The program is built around funk and disco music, with performances paying homage to the genre through the ages.
The venue is located at 136 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. Admission is free.
