Fringe: Press Start! (Live Video Game Music) + Ayla & The Astralnauts takes place at The Jazz Bar, 1a Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1HR, on Saturday 22 August 2026. Doors open at 10:30pm, with live music running late into the night.
Press Start! The Live Videogame Band Experience begins at 11:00pm and features music from Super Mario, Legend of Zelda, Sonic, and Persona 5, alongside other videogame themes. Ayla & The Astralnauts follow at 1:00am.
Ayla & The Astralnauts are an Edinburgh-based funk, soul, and jazz band fronted by singer, songwriter, and keyboardist Ayla Ersoy. They are backed by local musicians Glamour and the Baybes and play a more 80s-influenced style of classic funk and soul.
