About This Event
ELLAS: Celebrating Women in Latin Music takes place at The Long Room in Charlotte on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Presented by Raíces Latino Arts, the evening features an intimate, unplugged-style tribute from Charlotte’s own ÚltimaNota, honoring iconic women of Latin music.
The program includes songs by Olga Tañon, Gloria Estefan, Alejandra Guzmán, Milly Quezada, Karol G, and more. ÚltimaNota is led by guitarist Tony Arreaza and features the voices of Anny Castella, Gabriela Duran, Gina Morales, Mau Garcerant, and Laura Villamil.
Along with the music, the performance includes personal stories from the featured vocalists about their journeys as women in music. Light bites and drinks will be available for purchase at The Long Room, located at 1111 Central Avenue, #STE 230, Charlotte, NC 28204.
