About This Event
The Edinburgh Royal Mile International Piano Series returns to St Giles’ Cathedral on High Street in Edinburgh on 13 July 2026 at 6:30 pm. The series presents a complete cycle of Beethoven’s 32 Piano Sonatas across the 2025–26 season, with each recital offering a different interpretation of works from the piano repertoire.
This performance features pianist Renata Konyicska. The programme includes Beethoven’s Sonata Op. 27 No. 1 in E flat major and Schubert’s Sonata in B flat major, D 960.
The concerts take place in St Giles’ Cathedral, with candlelight and a newly installed Steinway grand piano.
