Ecuador Independence Beach Festival Four Days at Watermark Beach takes place at Watermark, 78 South Street, Pier 15, New York, NY 10038, with events scheduled from Thursday through Sunday. The series includes Perreo on the Pier on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with doors opening each night for different start and end times.
