About This Event
Easterns x Junkyard Band Community Event takes place at Easterns Automotive Group in Laurel, Maryland on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM. The event is a free community concert featuring DC’s own Junkyard Band and a new Go-Go remix of the Easterns jingle.
The Easterns jingle has been a longtime classic across the DMV, and this year also marks 50 years of Go-Go music. Easterns partnered with Junkyard Band to create a new Go-Go version of the jingle rooted in DC culture.
Guests can expect Go-Go performances, local vendors, food, and family friendly activities during the afternoon event at Easterns Automotive Group, 3510 Laurel Fort Meade Road, Laurel, MD 20724.
