About This Event
DUBBED takes place at The Compound, 161 Bexhill Road, Hastings, TN38 8BG, on Saturday 30 May 2026 at 12:00. Presented by Big Picture MAD in collaboration with The Compound and W.Ave Arts, the event is a full-day celebration of Hip Hop culture with music, live art, food, and old skool graffiti battles.
Beats are provided by DJ Ideal and Mad Radics Sound System, with support from Noisy Dan and guests to be announced. The event also includes live art, a bar, chill-out spaces, and games.
Graffiti battles are open to all skill levels in three categories: Best Handstyle, Best Throw-Up, and Best Piece. Best Piece has limited spaces and requires submission by email to waveartsbexhill@gmail.com. Timed rounds vary by category, with full details available on Eventbrite, and random word challenges are included. Battle entry is £10, or £15 on the day if not signed up. Families are welcome.
