Dub Princess & Hot Steppas come together in a powerful collaboration that’s making waves in 2025. Expect an electrifying atmosphere as they showcase their latest releases, including a new single dropping in May with a heavyweight dub remix from the legendary Nick Manasseh.
In June, look forward to a genre-defying EP blending Indian classical influences with deep dub, featuring the talented Atilla Manju. October will bring another highly anticipated EP exploring the roots and future of sound, complemented by a tour across the UK and Europe. Each release reflects their evolving sound and dedication to conscious, boundary-pushing music.
Beyond her work with Hot Steppas, Dub Princess continues to carve her path as a prolific solo artist. Collaborations with producers like Isaac Chambers, Illiterate, Blue Zone Hifi, and Nikau Te Huki showcase her versatility—delivering soulful, sun-drenched vibes, jazzy beats, lo-fi textures, and deep, sub-driven rhythms rooted in cultural storytelling and spiritual connection.
Adding to the night’s energy is Common Unity Sound System, a Newcastle-based collective dedicated to playing music with a message. Rooted in dub and backed by a history of creating dedicated spaces for reggae and UK dub, they pay homage to Jamaican roots while bringing fresh sounds to the Tyneside scene. Expect a bass-heavy journey that celebrates the power of sound system culture.
