About This Event
Dub Mission's 30th Anniversary Celebration in Golden Gate Park takes place on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at the Golden Gate Park Bandshell in San Francisco. The event is free and all ages, with music from 4:20 pm to 7:30 pm at Music Concourse Drive in Golden Gate Park.
Presented by Crucial Reggae Sundays, this one-time-only gathering features DJ Sep, Vinnie Esparza, and Maneesh the Twister. It is part of a free, family-friendly reggae series held at the historic Bandshell in Golden Gate Park.
Dub Mission was a regular San Francisco Bay Area showcase for dub, roots reggae, and dancehall from 1996 to 2019. The long-running series has also featured special nights devoted to artists including Bob Marley, Lee Perry, King Tubby, The Scientist, and Prince Far I, along with classic roots, dancehall, and hybrid cuts.
