Drumset Hand Technique & Rudimental Applications WORKSHOP takes place on Saturday, 6 June 2026, from 11:00 to 16:00 at Markos Vassiliou | Drum Lessons | Schlagzeugunterricht, Mohriner Allee 69, 12347 Berlin. The workshop is led by Markos Vassiliou and is offered in German and/or English, depending on participant preference.
Designed for drummers of all levels, the session covers hand technique and essential rudiments on the drumset. Topics include proper grip, efficient hand motion, stroke types, rebound and control, Moeller technique, whip motion, finger technique, working on the weaker hand, and articulation. The workshop also covers rudiments and variations, along with ways to apply them to grooves, fills, and improvisation.
Additional topics include building precision, speed, endurance, and consistency, as well as reducing tension and preventing injury. The workshop is limited to a small group. All equipment is provided, and the price includes mineral water, bio coffee, tea, and fruits. Admission is 129 €.
