About This Event
DMV R&B Wine Festival Vendor Sign Up will take place at Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds in Crownsville, Maryland, on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Vintage Wines is listed as the organizer.
Vendor spaces are 10x10, and food vendor spaces are 10x15. Food truck vendors are welcome. Vendors must provide their own tables, tent, chair, and linen, and WiFi is not available. Power is not provided, so vendors needing electricity must supply their own generators or power supply.
This outdoor event will take place rain or shine. Vendor sign up is first come, and spots are very limited. All vendor staff must be 21 or over. Vendors will receive a vending information packet one week before the event with load-in and load-out information.
- No beverage sales allowed
- No THC or infused products allowed
- Italian water ice, smoothie, and ice cream vendors are not allowed
- Animals and pets are not allowed
- All tents must be weighted down with sandbags or weighted plates, minimum 25 lbs per leg
- Anchored spikes must not be used
Food vendors must have worker’s compensation insurance and a health certificate from the Anne Arundel Department of Health. Food truck vendors must also display an Anne Arundel County Fire Marshal inspection sticker or proof of certification from the Fire Marshal’s office. No inspections will be conducted on the day of the event. Food truck inspections are scheduled by appointment only by emailing fdfoodtrucks@aacounty.org. If large cookers or fryers are used, they must be gas and 10 feet from tents and buildings, and grills and fryers must operate on grass areas only. Grease and grease products must be removed from the fairgrounds.
