About DJ Logic: DJ Logic is a renowned turntablist known for blending jazz with hip-hop. He has established himself as a significant figure in the music scene since the early 1990s, particularly within the Bronx hip-hop community. DJ Logic is recognized for his innovative approach to music, utilizing his turntables as instruments to create a unique sound that transcends genres.
Throughout his career, DJ Logic has collaborated with a wide array of artists, showcasing his versatility as a session musician and bandleader. Notable collaborations include:
- The John Popper Project featuring DJ Logic with members of Blues Traveler
- Headtronics, a trio with Steve Molitz and Freekbass
- A jazz project with Georgian prodigy Beka Gochiasvili
- Contributions to the Grammy-winning album "The Offense of the Drum" by Arturo O’Farrill & The Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra
