Known for his strong lyricism and gritty street narratives, Harlem-based MC Dave East draws inspiration from ’90s New York hardcore rap while maintaining a contemporary sound. He gained recognition in the early 2010s with a series of independent mixtapes, eventually catching the attention of his idol, Nas, who signed him to Mass Appeal Records.
Since then, Dave East has released several Billboard-charting projects, including the acclaimed albums Kairi Chanel (2016) and Paranoia: A True Story (2017). This event is for ages 18 and over. Don’t miss the chance to experience his powerful performance live!
